In accordance with the most recent LA County guidance, well-fitted masks continue to be required for all healthcare personnel (HCP) in patient care areas. Well-fitted masks are strongly encouraged for visitors and residents.

REMINDER: Please postpone your visit if you are not feeling well or are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms. All visitors may not enter the facility, regardless of their vaccination status, if they have a COVID-19 infection, COVID-19 symptoms and/or close contact to a person with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. Currently, we continue to offer complimentary COVID testing for visitors to protect our residents and staff.

Per the CDC and LA County Public Health recommendations, we encourage staying up to date with COVID-19 Vaccines. Recommendations for people who may get additional updated COVID-19 vaccines are Persons ages 65+ or those who are moderately or severely immunocompromised. Please contact the Infection Preventionist, Charge Nurse or RN Supervisor on duty for more information or to schedule vaccination.
